Each available course includes full written lectures, examples and interactive questions, plus quizzes and practice exams. The free samples show the study format. The lecture library remains available for reference while you work through practice.
Do I need to attend live lectures or watch recordings?
No. The courses use written lectures, illustrations and interactive questions. You choose when to study, how quickly to progress and what to revisit.
What is included in the price?
The published QMET course, its interactive practice, study tools and course updates. Official certification applications, exam fees, required approved schools and third-party manuals or standards are separate. Those requirements depend on your certification path.
How long do I have access?
There is no subscription or scheduled completion deadline. Access is subject to the published Terms of Service, including account and service-availability provisions. Existing purchasers retain their purchased access terms.
Can I try a lesson first?
Yes. Every available course has an original free lesson with interactive checks. No account or payment card is needed.
How do refunds work?
The published policy allows a request within seven days of purchase if no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed. Read the Terms of Service for the full policy and contact support@qmet-academy.com with a request.
Does a QMET certificate make me PCI, ASQ or AWS certified?
No. It records completion of the QMET course. Certification is awarded only by the relevant certification body after its own eligibility, examination and other requirements are met.
Will the site work on a phone?
Yes. The site supports responsive browser study and can be added to a phone’s home screen. An internet connection is required for account access and course loading. Large diagrams may be easier to study on a tablet or computer.
Where is my progress saved?
Course progress, study notes and practice responses sync to your signed-in account, with a local device copy for retry during connection interruptions.
Is personal coaching included?
The course is designed for independent study and does not require scheduled personal instruction. Use the built-in explanations and related-lecture links for review. You can report a content issue or contact support for account assistance.
Can my employer buy courses?
Yes, each learner needs an individual account and license. The team page explains course selection, per-seat pricing and how to request purchasing arrangements. Accounts must not be shared.
Do you guarantee an exam pass?
No. Practice results show performance on these questions. They cannot predict the content or result of an official certification examination.
